What this tool does
Reorder PDF pages shows a thumbnail of every page so you can put them in the order you want, then saves a new PDF in that order. Fix a scan that came out back to front, move an appendix, or bring a summary to the front. Pages are moved as they are, so nothing about them changes.
How to reorder PDF pages
- Choose a PDF, or drop it onto the box above.
- Drag each page to its new place. On a phone or keyboard, use the arrow buttons under each page.
- Use Reverse to flip the whole document, or Reset to start again.
- Select Save new order, then download the file.
What happens to your file
We never upload your file. The previews and the new PDF are made inside this browser tab, on your own device. Nothing is sent to our servers or stored by us.
What it cannot do
- It works on one PDF at a time. To mix pages from several files, join them with Merge PDF first.
- It cannot open a password-protected PDF. Remove the password first with Unlock PDF, using the password you already have.
- Bookmarks are not carried into the reordered file.
