Write to hey@all-pdf.app. We read everything that arrives, though a reply can take a few working days.
Reporting a problem with a tool
The most useful report names the tool, the browser and device you used, the size of the file and the exact message you saw. That is usually enough for us to reproduce the problem with a file of our own.
We cannot see the file you were working on: we never upload your file, so a report that only says something went wrong leaves us with nothing to go on. Please do not email us a private document. If a problem only happens with one particular file and you are happy to share it, tell us first and we will suggest a safe way to send a copy with the sensitive parts removed.
What we cannot help with
We cannot recover a file you did not download, because we never had a copy. We cannot remove a password you do not know: Unlock PDF only removes a password you can type in.
