About All PDF
All PDF is a set of free tools for everyday PDF jobs: putting files together, taking pages out, making a file smaller, turning pages into pictures and back. It is run by Bitlabs Technologies LTD, a small software company.
Your files stay on your device
Most online PDF tools send your document to their servers, work on it there and send it back. All PDF does the work inside your browser instead. When you merge two files, the merging happens on your own computer or phone, and the finished file is created there too. We never upload your file, so we never hold a copy of a contract, a payslip or a medical letter you were working on.
What is ready today
Merge PDF is live. Split, compress, rotate, delete and reorder pages, PDF to JPG, JPG to PDF, and adding or removing a password are being added one at a time. A tool appears on this site only once it works.
How it is paid for
The tools are free to use with no account. The site is meant to pay for itself with advertising. Ads, when they appear, never see the contents of your files, because those contents never leave your browser. The privacy policy sets out exactly what is and is not collected.
What it cannot do
Because everything runs in your browser, some jobs that need a full office suite, such as turning a PDF into an editable Word document, are not offered. We would rather leave a tool out than offer one that quietly gives you a poor result.
